Not too happy about having his habitat invaded

Light showers did not interfere with the F-Troop volunteers today.

We had eleven volunteers to share the work load and we managed to get some good projects done.

On hand were Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Don Nicholls, Geoff Bridge, Rob Benson, Warren Gray, Garry Trigg, Peter Martin, Di Beechey, Anne Burgess and Jan Martin.

The Tree Gang of Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Geoff Bridge and Garry Trigg worked on the 4th fairway and the 16th fairway removing dead and nuisance trees.

Rob Benson and Warren Gray did a great job of removing leaves and debris from the clubhouse guttering.

Peter Martin and Don Nicholls were kept busy working around the course on pick up, fixed the notice board glass panels and helped out at the Spike Room.

Di Beechey worked around the Clubhouse including cleaning out the Spike Room.

Anne Burgess helped Di with the Spike Room and tidied up at the BBQ area and Camellia Way.

I worked at the Bush Toilet area including raking and weeding the gardens and started work on cleaning up the Ladies Garden at the 13th Tee and around the dam.

We all enjoyed a lovely morning tea - Iced Buns, fruit pastries and fresh fruit. Thank you Chef Alice!

The course was very busy with the BW Vets who were not put off by the light showers so we managed to work our way around them getting some good projects done regardless of the weather.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
