Golf - Sunday 4th March 2012

We had a top day for golf today - all blue sky and sunshine which was a bit of a shock to the system.  It was quite humid with all the heat of the day bringing out the moisture in the ground.  The course was still very wet in places and it was hard going if you strayed off the fairway.

Our playing partners were Wally & Rhonda Robertson who were great company.  Peter played very well and the boys trounced the girls for the keno ticket - however we did have some great highlights with both Wally and Rhonda winning the nearest the pins at the 8th and 12th.

The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Ladies + Team 1 X 2 X 3.

We had 79 starters with 2 visitors from Corowa and Teven.
