We had a beautiful day for golf at Everglades today representing Gosford in the District 3BBB Vs Par Event.
Our teams were:
Chris Dekker, Robyn Krahe & Fay Bailey
Di Beechey, Margaret Nichols & Narelle Medcalf
Carol Farrell, Lea Southon & Jan Martin.
All the results were not in by the time we had to leave but Everglades had put in a super effort to have an aggregate score of Plus 27 which will be very hard to beat.
We had some great highlights in our team with Carol Farrell starring all day. Carol drove centre field all day and was inspirational to watch and was largely responsible for our respectable score of Plus 7 although we each had turns of scoring well and it was a good team effort - overall Carol was our hero!
