Golf - Sunday 24th January 2016

Lyn Cruickshanks - Winner of the Ladies Singles
with Captain Mark Stimpson

With Sandra and Terry Coyle at the 10th Tee

We had a great day on the Village Green today playing with Terry and Sandra Coyle who were great company.  We did have some good highlights and we're happy to finish with not a drop of rain in sight.
The course is getting a bit of a sauna feel about it when the sun comes out and the humidity arises from the earth.  How lucky are we to be able to get out on the course so quickly after all the rain that has fallen recently - even though it was still wet the course was very playable.

The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Ladies + Team Best 2 Scores to count.

We had 64 starters with 5 visitors from Killara, Shelly Beach, West Wyalong.

A reminder about the Nine and Dine - Friday 5th February-  the competition is on the computer so you can book in for your nine holes of golf to be followed by dinner, raffles and Member Badge Draw ( now worth over $3000) and you have to be present at the club at the time of the draw to win.

Come along and support your club who will then be celebrating a brand spanking new kitchen for the benefit of our Members.
