Golf - Thursday 5th December 2013

The F-Troop was given the task of helping General Manager Steve Drach erect a marquee
for the Friday Night Raffles tomorrow evening.  The marquee was sight unseen and in many pieces when the job first started, however it was no stress for our talented troopers and the marquee was presentable by lunchtime - lighting and all.

This afternoon was a bit of a worry with high winds arriving which was very untimely.  I have been frightened to go over and have a look to see if it is still standing and have confidently left it all in Steve's hands.

There will be a wine tasting under the marquee, table and chairs will be set out in the marquee area and under the clubhouse for the comfort of Members and their guests and the normal meat raffles and badge draw will be held downstairs.  A buffet dinner will be served at $10 per head. Drinks will be available from the pro shop.



The Golf Event of the day was Ladies Single Par - Over the Field - Summer Competition.
