We were fortunate today to be able to pick up a good supply of Agavi plants donated to our club by Brian & Rhonda Chapman, who are not members of our club but are happy to supply us with free plants which is much appreciated. Agavis are one of the most maintenance free plants around and perfect to dress up the gardens.
The Golf Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stableford - Over the Field.
We had 26 starters with one visitor - Kathleen Yewdall from Kew.

We had an interesting variation of the weather during the day ranging from pleasant to hot, showery to thunder, lightning, hail and heavy rain. I hope everyone got in before the worst of it.
