My mulching team today - Trevor Harrison, Laurelle Freeman, Carolyn Buttsworth, Don Nicholls and Peter Martin.

All the gardens at the 1st and 10th tees have been weeded and mulched

Gardens looking much better for weeding and mulching

More rain overnight onto an already soaked course has kept carts and heavy machinery off the course today.  More rain is forecast overnight which will not help for the rest of the week.

We were restricted where we could work today so we concentrated on the clubhouse gardens and 1st and 10th tees.

On hand we had Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Rob Benson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Carolyn Buttsworth, Laurelle Freeman, Lyn Bates and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today were trimming of trees and shrubs, pick up of loose timber around the course (shanks pony) moving of mulch onto gardens at the 1st and 10th tees, weeding gardens at the 1st and 10th tee gardens.

We retreated into the clubhouse for morning tea as it was showering outside. We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
