F- Troop Morning Tea - Peter Martin, Don Nicholls, Kevin O’Brien, Les Weilinga, Nigel Asken, Di Beechey, Steve Robinson, John Hollebon (Jan Martin).
We had a small crew today with several regulars still off for various reasons however we welcomed another new member today - Les Wielinga who is a new member to Gosford Golf Club and is willing to come along and help. Thank you Les.
On hand today were Kevin O’Brien, Nigel Asken, Steve Robinson, Les Wielinga, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were Loose Timber and rubbish removal around the course, tidy up of rubbish in the car park, cutting up and removal of fallen tree on the 15th, removal of weed from the dams, weeding of the Wedding Garden, hedge maintenance, clean up of the tees, cleaning of the bush toilets, watering the green space gardens at the 14th, tidy up of the 6th tranquility garden, weeding at the 6th tee, watering pots at the 6th tee, bike garden and Ladies 9th tee garden, cleaning of paths at the wedding garden and practice nets.
We tried out our new garden blower which will make our leaf cleaning jobs easier.
Morning tea was welcome after a hard morning’s work.
