Some overnight rain was appreciated by our garden waterers today but that still left us with plenty of gardens to be weeded and tidied up

We had a good number of volunteers on hand today and we managed to get some good projects done before the showers returned.

On hand we had Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Don Nicholls, Steve Hogg, Kevin O'Brien, Terry Coyle, Rob Benson, Ron Gowing, John Hollebon, Peter Martin,, Di Beechey & Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today were loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course, clubhouse maintenance, tree and hedge maintenance, weeding of front street garden, tidy up under the clubhouse, tidy up of the paths around the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice nets, cleaning of the bush toilets, tidy up of the path gardens at the bush toilets, tidy up of the 6th tranquility garden, dead heading of some of the agapanthus gardens at the 5th and 14th, clean up of the drain on the 9th fairway & clean up of the weed in the 13th dam,

It was a very humid day so morning tea was very much appreciated.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
