HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Garry Baillie was the top scorer of his group; Sandra Coyle managed to have to balls into the water (in large puddles) on the 16th fairway; Rhonda Robertson had a few good holes and the team had a good front 9; Lorraine Bignall had a gobbler on the 17th and a birdie 4 pointer on the 6th; Team of O'Brien, Bignall, Margin & Kelly had 10 points on two holes; Kevin O'Brien had birdies on the 5th and the 15th; Leonie Kelly had 4 pointers on the 5th and the 12th; George Foster finished the round; Steve Robinson nearly had a hole in one after rebounding off a tree; Liz Robinson had a 4 pointer on the 8th hole and won nearest the pin; Col Matterson had birdies on the 1st and the 4th; John Hazzard had a nice 35 points after putting for 4/4 twice; Lindsay Freeman scored a nice 36 points; Walter Loschi had a birdie on the 15th; Kim Cardiff scored a lovely 36 points; my highlight was arriving at the club in time to get highlights and the winners photos (after being otherwise occupied throughout the day)
