AGM VOTING

It has become apparent that some members who have registered their email address with the club have not received ballot forms. It may be that the email slipped into junk mail and was missed. In that case please contact the office to arrange to get a ballot form so that you may lodge your vote.

If you do not have a computer or you know a member who does not have a computer it will be necessary for you/them to contact the office to get a ballot form.
