After a very dire weather forecast it turned out to be not all that bad with the wind chill being the main factor of our comfort.  When the wind dropped it was not too unpleasant however the wet course set us a challenge today with mud patches and puddles adding to the normal Hazzard's. Last night's rainfall caused a lot of casual water on the course.

Our playing partners today were Duncan and Rosalie Dyer and we can hardly say that we had a fun day in the puddles but we did have some good highlights from time to time, Duncan sinking two lovely long putts, Peter having a great drive to the 12th and I sank a gobbler for two points on the 11th.

The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford + 2 Ball Team Mixed Men and Ladies.

We had 77 starters with 3 visitors from Antill Park, Everglades and Shelly Beach.
