The morning players got caught with some heavy showers but we were lucky enough just to have light showers to start with followed by a lovely sunny day.
Our playing partners were Steve and Annette Cross who were the best company. After a big night at the Presentation Dinner last night we shaped up well and got some good pars during the match. Steve was our champion today sinking some huge putts to gain us a par on several occasions.We had a lot of fun along the way and some good laughs. We narrowly missed winning a ball but had a very enjoyable day.
