We had a great day on the Village Green today enjoying the challenge of contesting the President Vs Captain Day.
Our playing partners were Kevin O’Brien and Di Beechey and we had very enjoyable day in the
winter sunshine - the best of our highlights was Kevin’s drive on the 5th hole which gave them an easy par. Di and Kevin enjoyed some good pars (unlike Peter and I) - we did have difficulty getting good help!
The Golf Event of the day was an American Foursomes - President’s vs Captain’s Day.
We had 54 starters.
