Gosford Winners at Hawks Nest today - we are building up a good average of winners over the week.
Our best players today were Neville Walker won 3rd grade Men's, Alice Diamond won 3rd place in the A grade Ladies beaten on a countback for 2nd; Leanne Binns won 2nd in B Grade, Ross Drakeford won 3rd place in Men's A Grade, Bruce Binns won nearest the pin, Doreen Trigg won nearest the pin on the 10th; Peter Martin parred the 10th; Mark Stimpson had his first 3 pointer on the 18th hole, Alice Diamond parred 7th and 8th; Carolyn Buttsworth had five 3 pointers; my highlight was managing (finally) a nice chip shot to the 18th green and one putted.

The Golf Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stroke - 3rd GWNSW Medal and Mabel McKenzie Brooch.
