Unfortunately today we did not have any winners in the Ambrose Competition today so here are some of the losers at the end of the day.
Golf at Hawks Nest was a Team 4 person Ambrose played mainly in good weather that was lovely up to the last few holes when cloud cover arrived combined with cold wind and rain.
Our team players today were Neville and Jan Walker and we had a reasonably good game and enjoyed some good highlights including two birdies.
Unfortunately Gosford did not feature in the winning circle today. Mark Stimpson & Alice Diamond were the best performers from Gosford but did not even win a ball.
Our week at Hawks Nest has been very enjoyable with some very good results overall for Gosford players.
Our only mishap was from Steven Turner yesterday when he was chasing his runaway buggy on the 9th green, the buggy stopped but Steven did not - going H over T over the buggy and had staff running from the Pro shop to pick him up. Steven made a quick recovery and carried on with his golf.

The Golf Event of the day was a Medley Single Stableford.
We had 87 starters with 10 visitors from Terrigal, Shelly Beach, Kooindah Waters, Riverside Oaks and Culcalm.
