We had a great day at Corowa Golf Course.  We had a good company playing with Neville and Jan Walker and the course we really enjoyed.  Neville has played well during the week and needed a good score today to be in contention for the big trophies but we managed to drag him down to our level - so no big trophies for the Gosford Team.  Neville had a Runner Up and a Win in his division for the week and Peter had some respectable scores.  The girls enjoyed the courses and pity about the golf scores.  The River belt Open was well run and we finished up today with Presentation at Yarrawonga Golf Club.

The Golf Event of the day was a Medley Single Stableford.

We had 88 starters with 10 visitors from Everglades, Shelly Beach, Kooindah Waters, Terrigal.

RESULTS:

WINNER: Brian Rand - 46 points

RUNNER UP: John Perks - 44 points

3RD: Matt Carroll - 43 points

4TH: Daniel Webster - 42 points

5TH: Spencer Walklate - 40 points on a countback

GROSS STABLEFORD WINNER: Tony Starbuck - 38 points
