We had extremely high temperatures forecast for today which caused a lot of drop outs in the field. I was at the Hunter Valley at the time and it was very hot there - enough to keep me in front of the air conditioner.
The event of the day was a Single Stableford and we had 15 starters with 3 visitors.
RESULTS:
WINNER: Georgina Lamb - 42 points
RUNNER UP: Sally Hopkins - 39 points
3RD: Lynn Puiatti -33 points
4TH: Judy Hughes - 32 points
AWCR: 73
PAR: 73
CCR: 73
I think everyone who turned up should have got a prize just for being out there in such high temperatures & congratulations to the winners who scored so well.
