We had some lovely sunshine to work in today which was very good for working on our projects.

We had 11 volunteers on hand - Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Mick Grant, Steve Robinson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Lyn Bates, Carolyn Buttsworth and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today was Tree maintenance,  preparation of firewood, Loose Timber and rubbish removal around the course, firewood delivery, Hedge maintenance, tidy up of the car parks, maintenance to the Ladies 2nd tee garden, maintenance to the 4th tee garden including weeding and a start to the mulching, weeding of garden on the Mens 3rd tee.

Ron Gowing joined us for morning tea bringing more gifts of plants for our gardens. Thank you Ron for your help and advice.

We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches after a hard mornings work.
