Gosford Golf Club completed its Masters Golf Campaign last weekend with a match against Mangrove Mountain at Mangrove Mountain. The course was in great shape given the weather over recent months. The greens were exceptional as they were very fast and most have a lot of break. Well worth the visit if you if youre looking for something a little different.
We went down in a close match by 4 ½ to 3 1/2. Richard Brien played his 2nd game of masters and was 6 down before finishing square. What a great effort. Well doneRichard.
We won our second last game at Gosford against Magenta 5 ½ to 2 ½. This allowed us to finish second on our group to Newcastle who fielded a team of scratch markers.
Well done to our team and thanks for your support. I look forward to next year.
