We had a great day for the 66th Nagger's Cup - Our playing partners were Matt Carroll and Caroly Buttsworth who kept us entertained with some great golf including three birdies and missing out on the on the major DeFacto Event by a fraction of a point. Our best highlights were Carolyn's birdie set up with a great chip in on the third and the 8th Hole where Matt put his drive 57 cms from the hole for an easy birdie.
The Golf Event of the day was a Foursomes Event for spouse or Partner.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Matt Carroll & Carolyn Buttsworth had birdies at the 2/3/8th, Matts drive to the 8th 57 cms from the hole, Carolyn had a great chip into the 3rd for an easy birdie set up; Sarah Dillon was an improved player; Duncan Dyer & Rosalie Dyer had no fighting but Rosalie was a gorilla on the putter; Kath Payn & Paul Scholberg were good honest players, Ron & Lynn Puiatti had a birdie on the 13th; Col & lauren Had a birdie on the 16th and a Ladies birdie on the 11th; Paul & Lauren Smith enjoyed a good shot onto the 10th by Lauren; Garry & Doreen Trigg had a birdie on the 14th and are still married; I heard rumours from Graeme Wright's group that there were kisses for pars (birdies?); Ross & Christine Drakeford enjoyed Ross' shot to the 15th 4 foot from the green; Mark Stimpson & Alice Diamond's highlight was playing with Paul & Lauren Smith their best highlight a 35 foot putt from Alice on the 12th; Neville & Jan Walker had a birdie on the 10th; Terry Coyle's highlight was his walk to the clubhouse; Georgina Lamb had a lovely day & John Slight finished with the same ball he started with; Frank & Jackie Potter enjoyed a birdie at the 5th and won nearest the pin; Judy Ruitenberg was a consistent player;
Melanie Forster & Russell were going for an Eagle putt on the 10th but settled for a birdie, also got a birdie on the 18th; Sam Knox , Di Beechey, Steve & Geraldine Turner had a lovely day ,
my highlight was playing with Matt Carroll & Carolyn Buttsworth, my chip to the 12th and getting out of one of the bunkers in one + finishing with the same ball I started with.
