Golf - Tuesday 6th July 2010

We were blessed with the weather today with showers threatening early morning but then it transformed into a beautiful day & even got a little warm in the middle of the day.
My playing partners were Leonie Casey & Glennis English and they were great company. We had a good day on the village green with some good highlights - the best of which was a birdie on the 16th from Glennis which made our day. We finished up with Plus 7 which was not quite good enough to win a ball but it was a very enjoyable day.
The Event of the day was a 3BBB Versus PAR and we had 67 starters with one visitor Denise Barr from Everglades.
