Lavender Garden at the 16th Tee now free of weeds and dead wood 


We had a cool start to the morning but blue sky and sunshine were welcome for us to work in.

We had eleven volunteers to help with our projects.

On hand were Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien, Ray Cheal, John Hollebon, Frank Potter, Laurelle Freeman, Carolyn Buttsworth, Lyn Bates and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today were firewood preparation for 2027 sales; Delivery of firewood;  fairway repairs; tidy up of gardens and hedges at the Men’s Tee at 2A; more work done on our new garden at 2B Tee; tidy up of garden at Ladies Tee at 2A; finishing off the removal of weeds and deadwood from the 16th Lavender Garden.

We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches in beautiful sunshine after a hard mornings work.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!


Gosford Lady Pennants Results - Monday 1st June 2026

 


Our Gosford Lady Pennants team have done it again! 

Playing at Everglades -Gosford vs Kooindah Waters.

Gosford won 5/3.

CONGRATULATIONS TEAM - WELL DONE!

Golf - Monday 1st June 2026

 There was no competition golf today - less than 9 players.

Carts and trikes were allowed back on the course . The course was still very wet with heavy dew in the mornings.

Social play went ahead.
