Sorry no photos today - I was on babysitting duties.

On hand we had Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O'Brien, Geoff bridge, Terry Coyle, Rob Benson, Steve Hogg, Peter Martin, Garry Trigg, Di Beechey.

Projects worked on today was tree maintenance, tidy up of the wood heap, clearing round the F-Troop containers, tidy up around the clubhouse gardens and 1st and 10th tees, rubbish and loose timber pick up and delivery of firewood supplies.

I want to make mention of two golfers who played on our course today and found my iPad on the 1st Fairway (that I had carelessly lost off my garden cart while working on the course).  I unfortunately did not get the names of the players who were unaware of the importance of my iPad.  My unending thanks and appreciation go to them for - a) finding my iPad on the fairway and noticed that I had passed by them on the fairway before they hit off, b) making a decision to carry the iPad while they finished their round and c) searched me out and found me on the 14th Greenspace doing garden work and delivered the iPad to me.  At that time I was unaware I had lost it.  How good was that !!!
was it my lucky day or MY LUCKY DAY! My life would have ended without it 😃

There were some good projects completed today including loose timber and rubbish pick up, clean up along the fence line near the practice nets, tidy up around the 10th tee including the stone wall at the men's 10th tee, gardens at the front of the clubhouse, wedding garden area and 1st tee including watering of the gardens, clean up near the practice putting green and front car park drains, loading and delivering of firewood order.

Morning tea in the warm sunshine was appreciated after a hard morning's work.  Many thanks to Barto for the morning tea goodies.
