DON'T FORGET TO SUPPORT YOUR CLUB BY ATTENDING THE "OP SHOP BALL"
to be held Saturday night 24th July 2010 - Cost $30 per head. It should be a great night and it will be interesting to see who can outdo whom with their op-shop purchases.
Tonight at Friday Night raffles Krystal, Nigel & Sheena gave us some good ideas for outfits to wear........ They look resplendent in their outfits & it is amazing how far $20 can go at the Op-Shop. Come along and have some fun !
The Pro Shop today could best have been described as chaos with the necessary renovations going on full bore all day. Congratulations to our pro shop staff who coped well and worked under extremely stressful circumstances with dust and deafening noise.
Congratulations to all the tradesmen & helpers who worked as quickly and as efficiently as could possibly be done. The end result will make this short amount of discomfort worthwhile.
The golf Event of the day was held in perfect conditions with the course drying out rapidly.
The Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Ladies.
We had 85 starters with 7 visitors from Everglades, Magenta Shores, Terrigal, Tuggerah Lakes & Wyong.

A highlight came from Iris Talbot who enjoyed a game of golf in our Friday Competition. Iris celebrated her 80th birthday today. Congratulations and Happy Birthday Iris!
