Golf - Tuesday 14th July 2009 L'Oreal Day

We were fortunate to get a nice sunny day for our golf today - the wind chill was a bit over the top at times but much better than rain. The wind will help to dry the course out which will make it a much friendlier place.
My playing partners today were Jan Walker and Julie Hazzard & we had a great day except for the golf scores. Jan & Julie both had some highlights with some 3 pointers at the right time.
The Event of the day was a Single Stableford with Vets in conjunction. The day was sponsored by L'Oreal who supplied all the beautiful special trophies for the day.
