We had a good weather day to work on our F-Troop projects today.

On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Trevor Harrison, Ray Cheal, John Hinksman, David Medcalf, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Bev Way Laurelle Freeman and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today were replacing the gates at the wood compound; cleaning up large branches at the back of the clubhouse, new hose for the cart shed, loose timber and rubbish pickup around the course; watering the ladies garden at the 2nd tee; cleaning the bush toilets at the 14th tee and raking the paths; planting in donated Clivea plants at the 14th garden; weeding and trimming the Round-a-bout garden at the 15th; a start made on weeding and trimming the streletzias garden at the 15th, blowing the car park, tidy up of gardens at the 18th tee; mowing the grass around the camellias on Camellia Way.

Our thanks to Christine Drakeford for her donation of Clivea plants which we are planting out in shady areas.

We enjoyed our morning tea after a hard mornings work and also enjoyed the sunshine.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
