Another great day in the office today. The weather was sensational and the course was a pleasure to play. All our blokes said that they would return and play Maitland again at some time. Its a difficult course and tough to play without a prior round.
The Maitland boys were again great sports and fun to play against. This time though they were very tough to beat on their home course and we went down 7 games to one.
Our captain Duncan Brown was our only winner. He had a rematch against Maitland’s scratch marker and following his great win last week won again 1 up with another clutch putt on the last.
Next week were back at home against Nelson Bay and will be looking for a win.
