F- Troop Morning Tea - Kevin O’Brien, Duncan Dyer, Terry Coyle, Ron Gowing, Matt Carroll, Sam Knox, Jan Martin, Trevor Harrison, (Rob Benson, John Hollebon, Peter Martin)
We had a huge day at F-Troop today having a big clean up to be done after all the recent strong winds that bought down a lot of loose timber and leaves all over the course. The course was busy with social players so we had to work our way around them.
On hand we had, Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Sam Knox, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Rob Benson, Terry Coyle, Matt Carroll, Peter Martin and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were Loose Timber and rubbish removal from the course, hedge maintenance, tree maintenance, weed removal from the dams, clean up around the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, Wedding Garden and practice nets, watering and fertilising shrubs at the wood heap, clean up at the 4th tee hedge, trimming of shrubs at the front of the clubhouse, cleaning the bush toilets, watering the greenspace gardens, clean out of drain at the 14th, weeding greenspace gardens, tidy up of tranquility garden at the 6th tee, watering pots at the 6th tee, bike garden, 9th ladies tee garden, 9th green and Wedding Garden pots.
It was a bit cooler today which was good for working however morning tea was appreciated as we all put in a good morning’s work.
