Our playing partners were Duncan and Rosalie Dyer and we did have some good highlights the best of which was Duncan’s 5/4 on the 18th plus Rosalie’s very nice round of 37 points.
The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford + Team 1 x 2 x 3.
we had 74 starters.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Rosie Dyer had a nice round of 37 points; Duncan Dyer had 5/4 on the 18th; Peter Martin had 3 pointers on the 10/14/15/16th; Brent Frewin had birdies at the 6/12/18th; Ron Puiatti had a birdie on the 16th after hitting in from behind a tree; Lynn Puiatti had a steady game and their group only had 2 wipes all day; Wally Robinson had 2 x 4 Pointers at the 9th and 18th; Terry Connor had 42 points; Walter Loschi had birdies at the 10th and 16th; Suzanne Waugh chipped in for a birdie; Kay Baillie had 4/4 on the 1st and 3/4 on the 12th; Ray Buttsworth had a birdie on the 1sr; Carolyn Buttsworth had 3 pointers on the 3/5/6/14th and enjoyed good company; Jan Van Den Berg had a 4 pointer; Steven Turner had his best ever drive off the 18th with his 3 wood; Anne Burke had a competition with Clyde Cruickshanks to see who could get nearest the pin on the 8th - Clyde won but Anne sank her putt and Clyde didn’t; Clyde Cruickshanks had a birdie at the 15th; Adrian Burke enjoyed 20 points on both the front and back 9; Kevin O’Brien had 2 chips ins including a birdie at the 10th; My highlight was getting out of bunkers on the 10th and 16th in 1 and finishing with the same ball I started with.
A further highlight today is the news that our Lauren Smith scored 100 not out in her Sydney Grade Cricket at Campbeltown. Well done Lauren!
