The weather was very pleasant for today's work so we managed to get some good projects done.
On hand we had Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O'Brien, Geoff bridge, Terry Coyle, Rob Benson, Ron Gowing, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Garry Trigg and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course, test running the new F-Troop You Beaut Chain Saw, creating new gardens in the area between the Wedding Garden and the 1st Tee including digging out beds, adding garden soil, bricking the garden edges and planting in Xanadu plants and watering in, firewood delivery, cleaning up the area of the clubhouse,1st and 10th tees and the wedding garden area including the practice nets, cleaning the bush toilets, watering the greenspace gardens, watering the pots in the 6th tranquility garden, preparing more firewood, repairs and maintenance jobs in the Pro Shop, pruning the roses at the Practice Putting area.
Morning Tea in the sunshine was a welcome experience after a hard mornings work. Thank you to Barto for our morning tea goodies.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
