The sunshine was very welcome after yesterday's downpour.
Our team today was made up of Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O'Brien, Geoff Bridge, Rob Benson, Terry Coyle, John Hollebon, Peter Martin, Sam Knox, Jan Martin
We were all kept busy with various projects including the removal of pine trees at the 1st tee, more work done on replacing the garden edge boards at the 6th tee, trimmed shrubs and trees shading the 6th tee, hedging at the 1st and 10th tees, camellias at the 10th trimmed to a manageable height, rubbish and loose timber pick up around the course, removal of fireweed from around the course, cleaning of the bush toilets, tidying the 14th green space, tidying the 6th tranquility garden, tidying the 3rd ladies tee, tidying the 2nd green garden, cleaned up another section of the 17th dogleg garden.
After a hard mornings work we appreciated morning tea of iced buns, donuts and savoury breads. Thank you Barto!
