We had a lovely day for golf today with just enough breeze to keep the temperature down.
My playing partners were Faye Levenspiel and Kay Frewin who were great company. Our best highlights were watching Faye sink 4 thirty/forty foot putts.
The Golf Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stableford.
We had 51 starters.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Kay Frewin did some great drives when she was not in front of water; Fay Levenspiel sank some really god long putts; Sandra Innes had a gobbler at the 5th; Robin Incoll hit her not so good drive to behind the pine tree. chipped out and then put her next shot close to the pin scoring 5/3; Kath Small had 21 points on the front 9 after being away for six weeks; Fay Bailey was an improved player; Anne Burke sank an 80 metre chip at the 17th; Bernie Kirkman parred the 15th; Linda Rogers had 4/4 at the 11th; Lorraine Bignall had 4/4 at the 3rd; Rhonda Robertson had 4/4 birdie on the 11th; Di Thomlinson had a birdie on the 11th; my highlight was scoring some good 3 pointers and finishing with the same ball I started with.
