THE COURSE IS OPEN in spite of all the rain we have had - it is still deemed playable.
The weather forecast is saying that it will start easing to possible showers by this afternoon so all the brave hearts, die hards and eternal optimists should pull out the shower gear and get out there.
The course has been holding up well - so this will be a good test.
Well it seems that we had no die hards, brave hearts or optimists today and rightly so - I don't think it has hardly stopped showering all day.
Check with the Pro Shop tomorrow for an update on the state of the course for tomorrow's play.
It was pleasing to read that one of our home grown golfers Richie Gallichan was recognised by the PGA as TRAINEE OF THE YEAR at the PGA of Australian Awards night at the Manly Golf Club last Thursday night.
