Some work was done on the 2nd Fairway gardens getting the tibouchinas, crepe myrtles & Golden Penda chipped, well watered and treated with seasol. The gardens at the 2nd tee were well watered which should bring some life back to them. The tibouchinas are all set to flower now and will continue on into the months of April, May, June and July with a stunning show of purple. These trees are only in their second year so we can look forward to an even better display in years to come.
The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Ladies.
We had 103 starters with 19 visitors from Fox Hills, Everglades, Mangrove Mountain, Magenta Shores, Manly, Wyong, Morisset, Oberon, Shelly Beach, The Vintage and Windsor.
