Monday 5th October 2009 was the final round of the Gosford City Cup held over 36 holes - Single Stableford for Men and Ladies.
We had 70 starters with 20 visitors from Belmont, Everglades, Maitland, PGA, Terrigal, Teven, Toukley and Wyong.
We were very fortunate with the weather over the last two days. The rain held off and the course was in great condition regardless of the rain that had fallen on Saurday and overnight.
We had a few puddles here and there on the paths (photo attached) but the fairways and greens were unaffected by the wet weather & the greens in particular were in great condition after the recent maintenance program.
Our partners today were Warren Gray & Mary Bromwich & we had a lovely day on the village green. Warren had a great game & scored our only birdie of the day & a nearest the pin on the 12th.
