I was so busy today after being off the course for a week or so I forgot to take any photos.
We had some showers overnight but the weather cleared in time for us to work on our projects.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Trevor Harrison, Rob Benson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hincksman, Ray Cheal, Lyn Bates and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course; Firewood preparation; trimming of “Triggies Tree” on the 10th tee; repairs to the water connections at the BBQ garden; tidy up and watering of the 2nd Tee Ladies Garden; a start made on cleaning up the Lavender Garden at the 16th Tee; Garden garbages emptied at the back of the practice nets; undercutting of trees.
We were lucky enough to enjoy our morning tee of fresh sandwiches the in sunshine before showers came over. The course could do with some rain so that was good.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
