Heavy rainfall yesterday and continuing showers and rain today prevented us from taking heavy machinery or carts out on the course today.
There were branches down around the course that came down in yesterday’s deluge.
We had 5 volunteers this morning and we did what ever we could in the conditions.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Ray Cheal and Jan Martin,
The boys were allowed to take the Ute out on the course to pickup fallen branches which they did until the heavy rain set in.
I busied myself in the front of clubhouse gardens weeding in between showers.
No photos today as it was a bit glum in the wet weather and morning tea did not happen.
BUT: YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
