Laurelle Freeman showed us who was the hardest worker today - vision after crawling under bushes
We only had light showers until about 10.30 so we were able to carry on regardless with our projects.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Ray Cheal, Kevin O’Brien, Rob Benson, John Hollebon, Peter Martin, Lyn Bates, Laurelle Freeman and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today was removal of large branch from the 10th fairway; loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course; Firewood preparation; emptying garden bins from behind the practice nets; weeding of gardens at the 2nd tee, 13th tee and around the practice nets gardens and practice putting green; laying pavers at the ladies 2nd tee garden and hedge maintenance.
We managed to have time to enjoy our morning tea of fresh sandwiches before the rain set in.
