Ladies Garden at the 2nd Tee - looking very attractive
We had 17 volunteers this morning which was fantastic.
That gave us the opportunity to get some great work done.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien, Ray Cheal, John Hincksman, John Hollebon, Frank Potter, Rob Benson, David Medcalf, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Lyn Bates, Leeanne Binns, Carolyn Buttsworth, Laurelle Freeman, Jan Martin.
Projects worked on were loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course; Hedge maintenance; maintenance to the Ute; wood splitting and stacking in the wood yard; cleaning of the bush toilets and watering the garden there; a start made on the trimming back of the lavender plants at the 16th tee; tidying up garden at the Ladies 3rd tee; removal of plants and clean up of the garden at the 5th tee; watering pots at the 6th tranquility garden.
Morning Tea of fresh sandwiches was very much appreciated after a hard mornings work.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
