10th tee gardens weeded and mulched
Early rain reduced our team of volunteers today. It was too wet to go out on the course so there was no tree maintenance, gardening or stick pick up done around the course.
On hand we had Trevor Harrison, Sam Knox, John Hollebon, Peter Martin and Jan Martin.
We all worked collectively at the putting green hedge and 10th tee gardens getting the 10th gardens weeded and mulched and removal of the rubbish from the gardens and hedging. Peter organised to get the blue car up and running.
A quick coffee at the end of the morning was the best we could hope for.

Corellas having fun on the course today
Overnight rain and early showers put off some of our players today but the day fined up long enough for most of us to get our 18 holes without any rain. The course was very wet with a lot of casual water laying on the course - the bonus being we finished with a very clean ball ( in my case I managed to find many puddles)
The Correllas were out in numbers all over the course creating havoc at the 12th and 15th hole - playing with the flags and chewing out the holes.
Our playing partners today were Neville and Jan Walker who were great company. Neville was our champion today hitting some great approach shots to the green and sinking a great gobbler shot on the 5th and also got some good pars. Jan unfortunately got attacked by a stick on the fairway of the 11th which injured her leg so she continued on as our cheer squad.
