Weeds taken out of just one garden near the practice nets

We had a cooler day to work today which we appreciated. 

We had 12 volunteers today which was very helpful for getting projects done.

On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien, Rob Benson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Bev Way, Carolyn Buttsworth, Lyn Bates, Laurelle Freeman and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today was tree maintenance; Loose Timber and rubbish pick up around the course; mowing the grass at Camellia Way at the 17th to 18th pathway; Tidy up of the 18th tee gardens; tidy up of the 2nd Ladies Garden and watering the gardens there; tidy up of the garden at the 3rd tee including cleaning of the steps; tidying gardens at the 5th tee; weeding the garden at the 8th tee; cleaning the bush toilets at the 14th including raking paths and tidying gardens; weeding the garden at the practice nets; tidy up of garden at the front street entrance.

We all gave 110% effort today so we appreciated our morning tea of fresh sandwiches.
