We had a steamy day for our F-Troop project work today (thought we were in QLD or Bali.
On hand we had 12 volunteers today including Sam Knox, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien, Rob Benson, Nigel Asken, Steve Robinson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were tree maintenance, Loose Timber and rubbish clean up, Hedge maintenance, garden weeding, clean up of paths in front of the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice nets, repair of fence along the 18th fairway, clean out of the weeds at the 13th dam, clean up of clubhouse area and car park, trimming of the tibouchina on the 2nd fairway, cleaning of the bush of Bush Toilets, planting in of the rock orchids at the 14th greenspace garden, tidy up of gardens and dead heading of agapanthus.
Morning tea of fresh sandwiches was much appreciated by all our workers.
