from 4.00pm until 5.00 pm followed by a presentation at the Pro Shop after golf which includes a drink and a sweet.  All golf gear and golf balls are supplied and all juniors are welcomed to be introduced to golf at an early age to encourage enthusiasm for the game and to encourage youth into our club. At a bargain fee of $5.00 per day this opportunity to teach your children/grandchildren cannot be missed.

We took this opportunity to introduce our 8 year old grandson to golf today and he absolutely loved it and is coming back again next week. 

Introducing our youth to golf at a young age is the way to go and is great for the future of the club.

We are so fortunate to have two very enthusiastic young people at the helm by the way of our new Professional Keiran Moran and our Operations Manager Jason Millers who have taken the Junior learner golfers under their wings to introduce them to golf the easy way - no pressure golf and having fun learning the game. This will then lead on to competition golf and pennants golf is the talent is there.

If you have children/ grandchildren of the right age who may be interested in learning the game in a fun way - early introduction without pressure is a good way to start.  I would encourage you all to take advantage of this opportunity as it is a difficult game to pick up at an advanced age as most of us can attest to. 

To book in you only need to present yourself and child to the pro shop prior to 4.00pm on a Friday afternoon to give the necessary information and to pay the $5 fee (very reasonable compared with most sporting fees).  Your child will be supervised, but it is always appreciated (as with all sports) to have Mums and Dads on hand to help out the coaches. All golf gear and balls are supplied by the club.
