HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: I did not make it around the clubhouse tonight to gather highlights as I was too busy socialising however our group did have some good highlights with great weather to play in, a course that is gradually drying out, wonderful company with David, Gary and Helen which obviously contributed to me getting more than 30 points, winning a ball, not getting in the water or any bunkers and finishing with the same ball I started with - how good does it get!!!!
David hit some great shots along the way getting some good pars and an exceptional drive off the 18th; Helen had a much improved back 9 sinking some good putts; Gary is working out our course well and had some good pars. It was good to meet Shane and Odette Carty today who are new members to our club. Shane had a great day taking out the Gosford City Cup with a score of 40 points.
