The Golf Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stableford - Over the Field.
We had 33 starters due to the course being under maintenance and the same nine holes were played twice.
The conditions suited most of the girls who came in with some great scores with 37 points being only good enough to win a ball and that was on a countback.
CONGRATULATIONS TO SUE SCOBIE FOR HER "EAGLE" SHOT AT THE 2ND.
I understand that Sue hit a great drive beyond the tree, a second shot left to about the 150 metre maker but not in a nice lie in the rough, a beautiful seven wood shot from there into the hole Well done Sue!
We welcomed a new Lady Member Kay Baillie (sister of Rhonda Robertson) who has joined the club as a Life Member. Good to have you on board Kay!
