Once again we were lucky with the weather for the 64TH LEGACY CUP DAY. I could not decide if I was hot or cold as the weather kept changing throughout the day. When the sun came out & the wind dropped it was quite hot - otherwise there was a very chilly wind & threatening clouds - however the good news is that we did not get any rain.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: We were the last team in today so I ran out of time to gather in all the highlights of the day - so my apologies to those I missed out on. Ron Puiatti had 3 birdies on the 9th, 7th and 16th; Leanne Binns took some scenic tours into other fairways & including the machinery shed; Julie Hazzard had a great day scoring 43 points including 4 pointers at the 7th and 9th and including out-driving Steven Cross on the 9th; John Hazzard's eyes were clearing at last after the footie team results of Friday night; Neville Walker had a 4 pointer on the 17th & also celebrated his happy birthday today; Anne Stimpson sank a 30 foot putt on the 10th; Mark Stimpson had a birdie on the 16th; Rob Brann played nice steady golf for his 39 points; Tania Burt, Spencer Walklate & Bob Morris all forgot to bring their concrete hats; my highlight was getting more than 30 points two weeks in a row & finishing with the same ball I started with.
