F-Troop Monday 30th December 2019

F-Troop Morning Tea - Ron Gowing, Kevin O’Brien, Peter Martin, Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Terry Coyle, Sam Knox, Di Beechey (Jan Martin)

We have had a lot of wind this past week which has created a lot of loose leaves around the course. Today we were kept very busy with clean up.

We started early today to try and beat the heat and it was good that we did as it warmed up quickly and there were a lot of Social Golfers on the course.

On hand today we had Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Sam Knox, Kevin O’Briien, Terry Coyle, Peter Martin, Ron Gowing, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today were clean up of the car park, tree maintenance on the 7th, wood preparation, clean up around the clubhouse, clean up of the 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice nets, watering of the gardens at the 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice green. Watering of gardens out on the course, maintenance to the hedge on the 4th, cleaning of the bush toilets, mulch to the greenspace garden, maintenance and watering of the greenspace garden, tidy up of the tranquility garden at the 6th tee, watering pots and gardens at the 6th tee, ladies 3rd tee, bike garden, ladies 9th tee garden, pot at 9th green, pots in the Wedding Garden.

The watering of the gardens at the front of the Club were made very difficult because some low lives decided to remove the hose at the clubhouse - kindly leaving us a house joiner. - The rest of the hose was gone.

Morning Tea was welcomed by all.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Projects worked on today was loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course, hedge maintenance, tidy up underneath the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, watering of gardens at the front of the clubhouse, wedding garden and putting green gardens, cleaning of the bush toilets, mulch adde$ to the green space garden, weeding the green space gardens, weeding at the 6th tranquility garden, raking the steps at the ladies 3rd garden, watering pots at the 6th, ladies 3rd tee, bike garden, 9th ladies garden, 9th green garden and wedding garden pots, firewood preparation.
