F-Troop Morning Tea - Jan Martin, Duncan Dyer, Rob Benson, Sam Knox, Carolyn Buttsworth, Trevor Harrison (Lyn Bates)
The overnight rain must have put some of our volunteers off today (not to mention the final day of the President’s Cup ) - however we did have a good number away on holidays.
On hand were Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Rob Benson, Carolyn Buttsworth, Lyn Bates and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were firewood preparation; loose timber and rubbish pickup around the course; Weeding, watering and tidying up gardens at the 2nd, 3rd and 5th tees; Tidying up the garden at the Club Entrance including intensive pruning of the Streletzia plants and removal of large tree branches.
We enjoyed fresh sandwiches for morning tea which was very much appreciated after a hard mornings work.
