We had 15 volunteers this morning to help with our projects.

On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevie O’Brien, Rob Benson, David Medcalf, Ray Cheal, Bob Rudd, John Hollebon, Peter Martin, Don Nicholls, Laurelle Freeman, Leeanne Binns, Lyn Bates and Jan Martin.

The course was busy with Vets players today.

Projects worked on today were Loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course, tree maintenance, firewood loading and delivery, hedge and path maintenance, clean up of rubbish at the back of the clubhouse, tidy up and watering of the Ladies Garden at the 2nd Tee, tidy up of garden at the 2nd Green pathway gardens, tidy up and raking paths at the 14th Bush toilets, weeding and partly mulching the garden at the 7th tee, a start made on weeding of the 6th tranquility garden.

Big congratulations to Steve Turner for volunteering his time to do such an excellent job of painting the bush toilets at the 14th.

By 10 o’clock the sun was nice and warm and we enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
